Domaine Henry Lamarche, Grands-Echezeaux, Vosne-Romanee [1980]
25年間お世話になったお礼もかねて、自分のバースデービンテージであるDomaine Henry Lamarche, Grands-Echezeaux, Vosne-Romanee [1980]を初任給で両親に送る。
新宿伊勢丹で\21,000。

ムートンやラフィットの1980年を置いている店もあったけど、以前も書いたように1980年はフランスワインは全般的に「凡庸な年」。
ボルドー1級の5大シャトーのワインを飲むのなら、奮発してもう少し出来のいいヴィンテージのものを、もっと舌が肥えてからにしたいということで今回はパス。
そんな機会があるのか非常に怪しいが。
｢両親に送る。｣って書いておきながら自分も飲む気満々なのだが、問題は自分はワインの良し悪しなんて分からないことである。
とりあえずは、おりを沈めるために1ヶ月程度はワインセラーに寝かしておく必要があるのでその間に勉強でもするかと。
半年以上先の結婚記念日に飲むことに決めたらしい。
セラー買っておいてよかった。
